I'm replying to an old topic here, but it seems an appropriate place to ask...
What's the future for pfsense CE? For a decade I've run a complex multi-site guest wifi system, very successfully (and thanks for that!). But I need to redesign and move portions of that system into the cloud, and I wonder if it's worth the effort, or if I ought to be exploring other avenues. Will pfsense CE continue? Should I be looking at pfsense+ perhaps?
Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere - I've found comments to suggest that bugs are still being fixed, but I've not yet found a roadmap other than some hints about 2.8 (I'm currently on 2.7.2). I'm kinda out of touch with the community though (a testament to the quality of the product) so likely I've missed something.
