Wireguard endpoint tunnel state offline.

I have a fully functioning wire guard tunnel that I can reach through., but the gateway status is showing as offline. What rules do I need to be able to show an online gateway?

Both sides are showing offline.

The allowed IP's in the tunnel have the correct IP's.

In both tunnel interfaces on both boxes, I have ping rules enabled to the other endpoints IP.

For some reason the command prompt output window will not show the ping result after I try to ping.
