Rosewill RNX-N250PCe card not seen in PfSense 2.3.2

Hello. I recently installed a Rosewill RNX-N250PCe into my PfSense router with a Realtek RTL8192CE chipset. I tried to do a device listing by pciconf -lv but to no avail. The PCIe slot is KNOWN WORKING and when i go into the web interface I do not see OPT1, or any sign of it. The lights on the card are lit up however, so i know that the card works. I WILL go to the extent of a factory reset if I need to. It is currently in a PCIe 1X slot, but I'll try a 16X slot if needed.

MB: Pegatron M2N68-LA
PfSense version: 2.3.2, VGA console
Card standards: 802.11b/g/n

PS: I am a newbie to pfsense and FreeBSD
