Changed webgui https port and when attempting to reconnect received this error message:

"Secure Connection Failed The connection to […] was interrupted while the page was loading. The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."

Now what?

Usually that sort of error happens because the browser is attempting the wrong protocol on the port. For example, you might have used https://x.x.x.x:yyyy when the web server was actually set to HTTP.
