@capitanblack Is this just an impromptu notice or is there a post making you state this?

lol, I didn't wanna say but he's asking them to force him to buy their product.... not exactly a threat.

@jarhead Huh, found this post:
https://forum.netgate.com/topic/176396/source-single-host-or-alias-does-not-work-for-ipv4-outbound-rules
Could that be it? There's no reason to "redact for privacy" private addresses... they're already private.
You would only need to redact 'public' addresses.BTW, I see nothing wrong with the reply on that thread.
Sure you're not just being overly sensitive? -
@jarhead I will say this. This free forum is a balancing act. Netgate support must be helpful but professional. Sometimes it may come across as āa bit muchā but I think in this case the response was appropriate. Youāre asking for community help and we need to see the problem as is.
Itās all a balancing act. -
I am sorry - where is the spam now?

@capitanblack You need a certain level of "reputation" to post attachments to your posts.
You should have that now. Try again. -

it's a LAN interface.
it's 100% that can use 192.168.x.x subnets for LAN interfaces and we can specify a source IP for rules on LAN interfaces. the rule works if I specify 192.168.x.x/24 subnet but it does not work for a single host (IP) or alias containing a single IP.

@capitanblack In the thread you originally posted, please.
