not all URL failedfor example:
https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/easylist_noelemhide.txt -> OK
https://easylist.to/easylistgermany/easylistgermany.txt -> FAIL
https://easylist.to/easylist/easyprivacy.txt -> FAIL -
same problem with v3.1.0_11:

i've disabled TLD, reloaded DNSBL and doesn't work either. -

i've disabled TLD, reloaded DNSBL and doesn't work either.It opens okay for me in Firefox browser "https://easylist.to/easylist/easylist.txt". Sounds like it is either blocked by some other list or you have a DNS issue.
