Notes Package : no menu entry ( using 23.01.b.2023 ... )

Installed :

"2301_BETA_20230123" is what I've named my ZFS Boot Environments.
The real version name is 23.01.b.20230106.0600

I installed 'clean' = removed packages before upgrading.
Manually install afterwards.

When I installed Notes : no menu entry "Notes" under "Status" ?!
I've checked /usr/local/pkg/notes.xml :
There is no (example taken from the Cron package ) :

	<menu>
		<name>Cron</name>
		<section>Services</section>
		<configfile>cron.xml</configfile>
		<url>/packages/cron/cron.php</url>
	</menu>

so that explains that there is no "Notes" Menu item anymore for Notes ( ? ).

The Notes package has a ( new ? ) :

	<tabs>
		<tab>
			<text>Notes</text>
			<url>/pkg.php?xml=notes.xml</url>
			<active/>
		</tab>
	</tabs>

in the xml package file, but this isn't used for the menu entry.

Looks like that was accidentally removed, but since it's a package we can add it back easily and have it fixed along with the RC when it gets made public.
