The script pfbkockerng.php runs randomly during the day and causes high cpu load. The last time I checked it run with the 'dc' argument for MaxMind updates. The problem is I don't want that to run during the day. I configured pfbkockerng to run cron ones at night, but this still happens.

@thisisme Are you on 23.01? There is a patch in https://forum.netgate.com/topic/177504/v-3-2-0-with-pfsense-23-01-rc-20230202/9 that is in pfBlockerNG v. 3.2.0_1, or disable Wildcard Blocking (TLD).

Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.

@steveits I use 22.05 with 3.1.0_11. The cron process is not stuck but the pfbkockerng.php comes up randomly. I can kill it via console and later it's back on again - before the cron time. I removed my MaxMind key. For now I haven't experienced cpu spikes.
