Hi All, I noticed an update has been published today. Can anyone point me to a change log to show what was updated in the new version? Thanks

There is no officially published daily change log for development snapshots. Once the new version goes official RELEASE, there will be published release notes.

In the interim, during the BETA and RC testing phases, you can check the GitHub repo and look at the commit history if you want to see what code is changing. The GitHub repo commit history is here: https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense/commits/master.

Technically the public GitHub repo is for pfSense CE, but it is close enough for most purposes to what is in pfSense Plus.

They actually seem to publish ahead of that by a few weeks, at least for the last several releases: https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/releases/23-01.html

Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.

What you linked is the RC notes (Release Candidate), not the full RELEASE notes which have yet to be published. Granted the two will likely be more or less the same, but some changes have been made in the most recent RC. All of the changes will be reflected in the final release notes (or change log) once 23.01 goes full on RELEASE.

I took the OP's original request to be directed to day-by-day changes to the code and RC releases. For example, an updated RC was released yesterday (I believe) and the OP is curious what is different in that RC versus the first RC released.
