      Irgendwie geht es im ganzen Release derzeit unter (oder ich hab den Hinweis übersehen), aber es gibt wichtige System Patches:

        They are in 23.01 and are available as patches for 22.05.

        Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
        When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.

          ... and if they get applyed in 2.6.0 (they appear there too) there will be trouble with "/etc/rc.update_urltables"

            Applied this patches on 2.6.0 CE successfully.

              Thats fine - I get here this error:

              rc.update_urltables: /etc/rc.update_urltables: ERROR: could not update pfB_MalWare_v4 content from http://127.0.0.1:88/pfblockerng/pfblockerng.php?pfb=
              

              Undoing the new Patches resolves the issue.

                we don't use pfBlockerNG.

                Better to start a topic in the pfBlockerNG forum, if this is really a problem more and more will affected by this issue the next days...

                    Das ging auf jeden Fall NICHT unter, das wollte ich an der Stelle nochmals betonen, da solche Themen gerne mal rausgekramt werden nach Jahren mit "die machen kein Patch Management" oder keine "Security Errata".

                    Es gab dafür einen extra eigenen Newsletter der an alle verschickt wurde mit entsprechendem Inhalt und Anleitung und einen entsprechenden Artikel. Dieser kann auch immer noch hier eingesehen werden:

                    Solltet ihr also Releases oder Security Advisorys haben wollen, ist Anmeldung zum Newsletter nicht zu ignorieren :)

                      Falls das der Newsletter von Netgate ist wo auch immer die neuen Appliances vorgestellt werden, den habe ich abonniert.

                        Es gibt eine eigene Security/Patch/Errata Kategorie. Wenn du noch eine alte Newsletter Mail hast, gibts unten ja den Link für die "Email preferences", dort kann man auch einzelne Listen/Kategorien einstellen und hinzufügen.
