I want to dial multiple PPPoE WANs over Vlan. But it consumes a lot of time, very much headache,s and depressed
PPPoE connection established on OPT8 and OPT9 but both are using parent MAC addresses how to change the MAC address of each VLAN? so both interfaces will online same time.

Are these two totally different ISP link - username and passwords ?

We have just done this using Vigor130 and two unifi switches as the internet connections are not near Netgate (note we are using different ports on the Netgate)

Created two vlans for the two internet links, changed the vlan on the ports for the network connections coming out of the Vigor130

On the switch connected to the Netgate, changed switch ports vlans

We did not do the vlanning on the Netgate, just the switches - the ports are just normal PPOE setup.

Seems you get the same gateway IP assigned on both PPPoE. Also I'm wondering, why you get private IPs.

Anyway, the gateways must be different. If you really get equal IPs on both, this will never work, even not on different hardware interfaces at all. There would be no possibility to route to both.
