pfSense on Proxmox for VPN

So, I am about to install pfSense on Proxmox as a second firewall primarily for hosting a private cloud and to passthrough via VPN a public IP to a FreePBX server from a off-premises VPS using Wireguard. I have setup Proxmox to passthrough all devices in preparation for the pfSense install.
I am new to Wireguard and may need some help. I may replace my T-Mobile gateway for their business 5G gateway without the WIFI...it may take the rest of the week to confirm that...the modem is the Cradlepoint E300.
However, I just want to confirm that I'll be able to pass the VPN to the assigned NIC to the FreePBX server.

Having trouble getting into the bios to disable secure boot for booting UEFI mode, as if it's not responding to the ESC key, then it seems to lock up, or the m2.nvme is too fast...one second makes it impossible unless I can make the change to the VM before it boots.

Well, persistence paid off...the key is to start hitting the ESC key before clicking start .
