wireshark can't control start and stop

Clicking the start button does not work
The first peer is not working due to DNS updates, I configured a DNS resolution interval of 60 seconds, but wireshark does not refresh the IP address of the peer, and since wireshark cannot be restarted manually, my tunnel is currently disconnected
