Hi. I recently upgraded a 2.1 to 2.3 and consequently enabled VirtIO drivers in a KVM virtualization.

Now I have a server core completely busy in iowait, and the culprit seems to be the kvm process handling the pfSense instance. I logged into pfSense but top doesn't show any process taking CPU, and pfSense load is below 0.05.

What could be causing this? Any suggestion on where I can check?

      thanks
