      Hi,
      With PfSense 2.6.0-RELEASE (amd64)
      built on Mon Jan 31 19:57:53 UTC 2022
      FreeBSD 12.3-STABLE
      and
      FreeRadius3 ver 0.15.7_33

      I have some users (mobile) with captive portal access (depending of freeradius) and others (Pcs) authorized access by macs in captive portal settings. All works.

      I have some pcs which I want to limit time access by schedule (ex. they can use internet only 08:00 - 14:30).
      I tried to apply firewall rules but it doesn't work. I heard that I have to do that with freeradius attributes but I didn't understand how to.

      Can some one explain me that?

      Thanks.

        Edit a FreeRadius user :
        Services > FreeRADIUS > Edit> Users

        Scroll downwards.
        When you reach "Time Configuration", click on the blue icon.

        Note : I never tried this myself, so I can't exclude the fact you have to consult FreeRadius documentation?

        No "help me" PM's please. Use the forum, the community will thank you.
        Edit : and where are the logs ??

          @Gertjan
          Thanks,
          But this way is valid only for freeradius users (one-by-one) using captive portal.
          My question is about others (Pcs) authorized access by macs in captive portal settings.

          Otherwise, I think simple way by using alias, rules and schedule of firewall is working.

          I'll give the right answer after few days of tests.

            @kabeda

            Could it be that you can set up a special "zone"
            for that PCs in the captive portal? CP conf

            time based rules perhaps?

              Hi,
              After few days of tests, the firewall's solution works.
              I'm still searching of to do that with FreeRadius and Groups.
