      Hello,

I have so far managed to get an Intel core i5 box with a four port Intel PCIE card set up and running very well thanks to the great documentation you all have put together and have made available.

I have a question though and it is in regards to the port I setup with OpenVPN/NordVPN.

As of right now, it’s working great to provide awesome speed and security to my Firestick. I’m wondering if I can move the Spectrum provided WI-FI router to the living room and connect it to that VPN line and still have the VPN connection available to the Firestick but also provide a LAN connection to my Samsung TV or just provide VPN to both devices?

Right now the WI-FI router is on its own port connected to a LAN connection providing just WI-FI to a few users and I have my work machine connected using a wired connection. This WI-FI router gets an IP from pfSense and dhcp on the WI-FI router provides IPs to users connecting to it.

I hope this is enough info. I’ve read that I can make a bridge between the VPN connection and a LAN connection I already have setup with pfSense but this confuses me because it’s just one port/line, how would the Firestick know to use VPN and to TV know to use the LAN? I know I could just buy a switch and have both devices use VPN but, I don’t want to kill the speed I’m seeing on the Firestick right now.

Thanks in advance and again thanks for all the great documentation.
