    [solved] Need help with suspicious (activity regarding) DNSBL blocks

      Only lately I turned on DNSBL, before I thought I have no use case for it, looks like I was wrong.

      And I see something very disturbing, blocks of some paypal FQDNs at all times on "LAN".

      I don't have a dns redirect rule on "LAN". And I see this even at the middle of the night, where there is no machine active on "LAN".

      I don't mind that something (not everything) of paypal is blocked but that I can't see which host it is. Is it pfSense itself? Or is "LAN" misleading?

        D'oh! I actually had created an alias in the past and haven't used it for a long time which does contain those FQDNs... 😌
        Also "LAN" is misleading.
