WPAD ignore Sites (SOLVED)

Hi,
I was wondering if someone else has encoruntered the same issue, As i have WPAD implemented and everything is working fine recenlty implemented to mysite lets ecnrypt using SSL meaning port 443. I have pfSense Web gui on port 80
Whats odd that I cannot access the site internally if I have the rule to block port 443

So i created an inverse rule see picture meaning blocks all port 443 besides of my website I also created an allow rule see picture and still nothing, it only works if i disable the the reject rule blocking port 443

EDIT: Had to create an invert rule but with the IP internal of the website
