block vpn unbound from LAN

Hello, does someone know if it possible to block vpn and proxies such as nord vpn express vpn etc?
Feed ejrv4 does not exist anymore.

@reynold would depend on what ports they run on, if for example if they are using say UDP 1194 (default openvpn) port then its quite easy to block that.. If they using over say 443 becomes more of a challenge, and yeah you would need to know what IPs or networks to prevent access to to stop from using vpn or proxy.

At my school students are using proxies and vpn to bypass firewall and i need to save my bandwith
