There were 2 certificates renewed at 03:17 yesterday (ECDSA & RSA-4096). Precisely: Tue, 19 Dec 2023 03:17:22 +0100 (ECDSA) and Tue, 19 Dec 2023 03:17:29 +0100 (RSA-4096).
I have not seen something similar in other routers. Model: 6100, but I think does not matter.
Latest pfSense (23.09.1). At that time without Terrapin patch.It may be ignorable. Wanted to confirm.

looks like you have an Actions list with a PHP Command Script method, and something there has a / where it doesn't belong.
The cert will be fine, but whatever your action after is, is not.
