2.3.3 not filtering anymore

Hey guys,
since I upgraded to the latest version, the blacklist filtering is no longer effective. I set "default access all" to "allow". If I turn it to "deny", it denies all the site. So far, so good. But it's at the bottom of the list so it should be taking in consideration previous rules. I set it back to "allow" to give us access to other sites. The rules pron, violence … etc ... don't seem to be taken in consideration.
Has anyone had the same issue?
