Even though I can't find anything in my setup that has changed, a lot of my android devices started to see a sign in captive portal after they connect to the wifi. This captive portal isn't setup and doesn't have to be completed. It does cause problems with android phones' auto-connect. I have traced this problem to Pfsense. I believe Pfsense is somehow making devices think there is a captive portal that needs to be filled out. How do I make sure devices know there is no captive portal that needs to be filled out?

I found the issue is related to http://connectivitycheck.gstatic.com/generate_204 being blocked on PFblocker. I heard I can make my own 204 page and redirect devices to that. I am not sure on the best way to go about doing it.
