[Feature Request] Add WebP Format Support for Picture Box

Webp is now a popular image/animation extension so it is nice to add this extension to the image box as well.

Not sure I would use the world "popular" is it being used more sure, but its the CDNs converting them to this compressed format.. Users are not uploading their images as webp pretty much bet on that..

Webp is now a popular format for animations, even giphy . com is using webp now, I am using animations in my picture box, gif does the job but it is heavy, webp is lite and smooth

What's wrong with the standard photos?? They work great !! You can add anything you dream of
