no boot environments after update

hi, i updated from 24.03 20240228 to 20240229 and it seems to have given me a php pkg error and not allowing me to see ZFS, package manger or boot environments. i cant update from ssh or gui and i cant roll back using boot environments using gui, loader, or bectl. i can boot into the os and everything works alright but those errors and not being able to update or roll back is stopping me from fixing the problem. any way to fix this?
