Problems with wifi APs

Good afternoon dear, I have problems with the navigation of several APs, there are momentary disconnections in streaming applications, whatsapp and alarm apliacaciones, already reviewed the APs and with them it seems that everything is fine, it seems that is some problem the rules or some configuration of the firewall, thank you in advance for your help.

Do you see blocked traffic in the firewall log?
Do you see anything logged in the main system log? Perhaps link changes on the NIC the APs are connected to?
