how to setup on CRON do the same as when RELOAD

i have a server that connects to our main pfSense and adds some IPs to some custom list

then i have to do a Update/reload so the LISTS SYNC to my other pfSense servers,
and then i need to do a Update/Reload on each other server, so to make sure the IP's get applied

ive seen some hack to add this to line 544 of pfblockerng.phph

pfblockerng_sync_on_changes();

how can i set all other functions that happen when i do a force reload, to also happen when the CRON runs?
