after pfSense upgrade pgBlockerNG has problems with feeds

After my recent pfSense update, pfBlockerNG is broken regarding feeds.

• It has now parsing problems with lists, which worked perfect up to the update. E.g. https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uAssets/tree/master/filters. It is now parsing comment lines and blocks wrong sites.

• I can't any longer add oder delete own feeds. I have now some useless feeds, where the update deleted most subentries, as those are now part of build in lists. So are only some inactivated entries are left. Those feeds are useless, but I can't delete them.

• I can't create new feeds my own, nor can I delete a bunch of those new feeds, I have absolutely no interest in, but I have to scroll down everytime through all those, to reach my own feeds.
