      Hi,
I'm trying to set up an OpenVPN server and client, (both running pfense) and connect the two.

The Server will require a certificate and password in order for clients to connect.

I can't seem to configure the client part to connect properly, and I can't find a tutorial or instruction for this specific configuration.

Can anyone help me with the proper settings for the client to use this authentication type?
I'm using the latest version of PfSense.

So, you're basically looking to build a site to site tunnel.  Have you checked the wiki?  You have two options, Shared Key or PKI:

        https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/OpenVPN_Site_To_Site

        https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/OpenVPN_Site-to-Site_PKI_(SSL)

If you require certificates, then PKI is what you want.
