Squid on pfsense alternative for web site cashing & ACLs

Is there a current package available to replace squid on pfsense. I understand that filtering https is not an option at this point due encryption however what about applying ACLs and other security preferences through squid and one feature I really like is availability of cache web sites for off-line use. What options are available? Does HAproxy provide any of these services?
