advanced vlan support on Marvell 6000 series switches in GUI

the GUI prohibits tagging the non-standard VIDs 0.
The Marvell 88E6141 in the SG-3100 does support hardware tagging of VLAN VID 0. In fact, this is supported on all Marvell SOHO (Linkstreet) switches.

VLAN tagging VID 0 could be used in combination with the TCAM in the switch to provide full in-hardware line speed bridgiging used for some ISPs like ATT Fiber in the US.
