I have a Netgate 6100 MAax with TNSR and two 10GBASET SFP+ copper transceivers direct from Netgate. I've plugged both of the SFPs into ports TenGigabitEthernet3/0/0 and TenGigabitEthernet3/0/1 but neither port shows as up. Is there some special config needed to enable these?

      Interface: TenGigabitEthernet3/0/0
      Description: Internet
      Admin status: up
Link down, link-speed unknown, unknown duplex
      Link MTU: 1500 bytes
      MAC address: 90:ec:77:41:76:cd

The link to the Cisco switch does show up though. Ive tried moving the cable between both ports with no luck. In the dataplane, the vpp shows no carrier
4: vpp3: <NO-CARRIER,BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP> mtu 1500 qdisc mq state DOWN group default qlen 1000
      link/ether 90:ec:77:41:76:cd brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff

For reference, this is the SFP

After reading a comment in this thread - https://www.reddit.com/r/Netgate/comments/1bzsv4m/the_sfp_10gbaset_80m_copper_rj45_transceiver_for/ - I found the problem.

I was testing to a 1gig port on a Cisco switch. Temporarily moved it to a 10G port on a server and the interface is up and working.
