Can't connect to my server

Hello, I have a big probem that I am trying to fix for 4 days.
I have looked on the forums but I couldn't find an exact answear.
I host a private ark server, I have forwarded the ports and everything runs smoothly.
The server is online. Enyone can connect but me.
I cannot see it on the extrnal ip nor on lan. But I can connect to any other server in the list. Please help me.
I am completly new in this….
