@fealiaga curious are you remote to this system or something - why would you be accessing that 146.x.x.x IP? Why would not access via your lan IP or fqdn?

are you saying when you click the link to go to user manager.. that works - but only when you click to edit a user is when you get this error?

Are you logging in with some other account other than admin?

@johnpoz Hello, thanks for the comments, in fact that is the LAN address of my server and indeed when trying to edit a user the website goes down. It is a new server, so only I access it and I do have access via ssh

@fealiaga so that network or subnet of that network is routed to your pfsense? That is public IP owned by Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile

@johnpoz I tried to create an openvpn tunnel and it worked but also when trying to edit it the page crashes, apparently it is a php problem

@johnpoz said in Problems with user:

you see anything in the log?

nothing, when the server start, it shows "php-fpm 394 -- /rc.linkup: Ignoring link event during boot sequence" but in the logs nothing.

create a virtual IP in pfsense right? I have read about this with accessing dmarc points modems infront of the firewall on the demilitarized zone. This I think creates a known route to something.
