Web GUI unresponsive
-
I've been having the exact same problem since yesterday afternoon. I haven't been able to access the web GUI with error 504 gateway timed out. I tried this from inside and outside my network (I opened the web GUI from internet using non-standard port). I also lost my OpenVPN access to pfsense. Yet, from inside the network everything seems normal. I can browse the internet as usual, haproxy service is also running just fine.
So far I've tried:- Use different browsers > same thing
- Restart web configurator via SSH > no dice
- Restart pfsenses via SSH > login page open but not able to login also can connect to OpenVPN
I checked the nginx.log file and here is the snippet of it from this morning:

Not sure what to do with that information though. Anybody has any idea?

@accidentallyadmin Any changes, upgrades?
-
@dylanc23 I created a new backend for haproxy and a new certificate with acme. Other than that, I didn't do any changes. The new backend is working just fine, btw.
As for upgrade, I don't do manual upgrade, just automatic one. -
@accidentallyadmin It's been several days since the problem occurred and it's not getting resolved or even better. I plan to just restore the config from backup file I made several days earlier.
Since I don't have access to web GUI, I have to do it manually from command console. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to do it properly? -
@accidentallyadmin Nevermind, I found it
