changes to snort.org/talos intel ip block list affecting pfBlockerNG

I spun up a new pfSense 2.7.2 today and was setting up pfBlockerNG when I found talos intel block list was empty. If I visit on pc
https://talosintelligence.com/documents/ip-blacklist
is permanently moved to
https://snort.org/downloads/ip-block-list
which directs you to
https://snort.org/downloads/ip-block-list/terms

I found a blog post about this:

I currently don't see a way to accept these terms on pfsense so it I'm not sure how we proceed...
