Wireguard from Corporate Setting

I work in a healthcare facility so needless to say security is important. Even thier "guest" network has many resstrictions.
When connected to the guest network and I initiate a Wireguard connection to my home/office pfsense router - the connection states sucessful but I cannot reach the home network. Oddly Tailscale connections work just fine!
And another weird thing is that if I connect my laptop to my phone hotpsot , then connect to my home Wireguard, then disconnect my hotspot and then connect to the corporate guest network -- the connection and ability to reach home network persists!
Any suggestions on what is wrong with my Wireguard setup vs Tailscale ??

@ahole4sure maybe they are blocking wireguard protocols and tails scale in and envelope for wireguard maybe

Not sure -- but it's really strange how the routing / connection persists after initiating on my cellular network then "transistioning" to the guest wifi
