SSL intercept https squid and ClamAV updates over cron external swap

Hello fellow Netgate community members can you please help?

Does anyone know how to set clamAV to only update at a specific time? Every reboot the cron item changes back to a random time. I have even set it to never update in squid and created a cron with user ClamAV it also is deleted on reboot. Should I set it to root?
