Squid not caching more than 4mb

i have searched over the net why squid is not caching more than 4mb, i have an ssd 150gb, maximum cache i set it to 2048. when a i download something more than 4mb i get an error tcp_miss_aborted/https://www.something .com

Perhaps you could post the screenshot of Local Cache settings.

Your cache settings look ok.  Perhaps related to the content you're trying to cache?  Reproduce the problem and then post your access.log.
