    lan not getting ip leases, kill me now

      Doesn't matter what i do i cant solve this. Where can a novice go for help?

            Installed pfsense in qemu on linux mint
            In Qemu
            created 2 bridges wan and lan, connected to 2 physical ports
            created 2 interfaces for pfsense for 2 bridges
            disabled private and bogon networks on lan and wan
            dhcp is on with default pool range
            default lan rule set to any

            Even if i disable the firewall i get no ip's on lan clients.
            It has to be Qemu that's doing it.

              So you you should have started with this one: Virtualizing with Proxmox

              But to make it short, did you check "Disable hardware checksum offload" in System > Advanced, Networking?
              This is required here.

                The problem was the bridges. When creating the bridge for lan it should be tied to the physical network port and have a static ip address. All fixed.
