Custom SGerror Page

Left PFS for a bit but I'm back. We use to be able to customize the squid block page before the rewrite. Now all I can do is customize the text on the default block page. This works but I want something a little more customized and not just plain text. The old solution doesn't work anymore. Has anyone got an idea or workaround?

Replace /usr/local/www/sgerror.php with your own.
