The upgrade to beta went without issues. However, seems the DDNS service is no longer updating the IPv6 on Cloudflare. I do have IPv6 via DHCP on the WAN port. IPv4 is working fine.

For giggles I've refreshed the API. IPv4 is working but IPv6 is not.

All of this was working before I switched to beta.

Also found an cosmetic issue. On the status drop down there are two "wireguard" instead of just one. I've checked to make sure it wasn't a browser cache issue. I was able to fix that by reinstalling the wireguard package. BandwidthD did the same thing. This is minor and not sure if it's worth mentioning.

        Yup, see: https://forum.netgate.com/topic/196416/dyndns-ipv6-issue

There is a patch on the linked bug report there.

          @stephenw10

For some reason I am unable to apply the patch. Looking through the posts there the patch resolved the issue so going to wait for the next update since it's beta.

          Thanks.

@mwatch Would this beta show up under Update manager?
            I don't see it

@chudak I did for me on 24.11, yes. It should be visible in the 'Branch' drop-down on the 'System Update' page.

When I changed the branch to 24.11 I do not see the beta option

@chudak Mmmh, I see. But you are already on 24.11? And the 'Status' is 'Up to date'? Not sure how to force a recheck.

                        Maybe this is the problem

@chudak I would assume so, yes. For this instance I switched from 2.7.2 and did all the updates up to 24.11. Only then it was visible.

Is Squid still available? They have updated the package on Squids side to correct all the issues…

It's still in the list of available packages, yes. pfSense version 0.5.3, squid 6.12, and so on.

Since 25.03 beta update on my SG6100 middle LED is constantly flashing RED.

                                Same thing with my SG4100.
At least that led is tested now.

That is fixed in the internal beta version. It will be fixed in the public RC.

@Gertjan Same here on my 4100. IPv6- Update in DynDNS Client is still broken and shows IPv4 address.
Fortunally I cannot make the same mistake on my 4200 because there is no update available.

Any estimate for the 25.03 final release (Stable)?

Does it allow mpcie NVMe drives for 2100s?

                                          ASAP! 😉

But really it depends on whether or not we find any new issues. We should have a new beta build available very soon to confirm all the recent fixes.
