I had an error today with Traffic Totals, "database disk image is malformed". Researching this error it appears that the database is corrupt and I had to disable/enable graphing to create a new database.

Is it possible to run a shell script or cron job to routinely backup this database? I would also like this data exported as a CSV every week. Is this possible?

@pulsartiger Not familiar with that package but pfSense has a cron package.

Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.

The database name is vnstat.db and its location is under /var/db/vnstat.
With "Backup Files/Dir" we are able to do backup or also with a cron.
