Captive portal + freeradius + after Daily quota + Invalid user

i am using freeradius to authenticate users and working perfect..but after user exceeded daily quota and trying to login again he is getting Invalid user instead daily quota exceeded warning . i am using $PORTAL_MESSAGE$ in captive portal error page. please help me to fix this issue, is there any way to debug this or change radius reply messages
