Dashboard - Traffic Graph not Autoscaling above 12M?

I just noticed that the Traffic Graph on the Dashboard is (no longer) auto-scaling above 12M.
I also couldn´t find a way (via Settings or so) to change this behavior.

Anybody has an Idea about that?
