I will do the package update, I am running pfSense 2.8.1Yes, thats a good sign, wonderfull now please update your Tailscale version with this command ->
pkg add -f https://pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:15:amd64/latest/All/tailscale-1.86.4.pkg
and then I would reboot again and see

@hfederau Yes, I personally, ssh into my pfsense shell, you might need to sudo the command
sudo pkg add -f https://pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:15:amd64/latest/All/tailscale-1.86.4.pkg
and then enter your PW, if it says, sudo isnt installed, just install it from the pfsense PackageManager

Under this thread, you will see, people post, if newer versions appears with the installing commands, so, you always up to date!
Just keep always in mind, you now on BSD 15 ..dont mix up, and use always teh version for BSD 15 (pfsense 2.8.X)..and dont wonder, if there is a version mistmatch between BSD 15 and BSD 14, its kinda normal..that there is a mismatch in time of releasing new versions of Tailscale for BSD familys

@TommyMoo I was able to update to 1.88, but the problem persists. I think it is my pfSense install blocking something…

@hfederau but the STATUS info in Tailscale shows the nodes? Similar to which I posted ? or is it still showing false things?

@hfederau That is frustrating, if you ask me, I might consider, to make a fresh install of pfsense, I know, it takes some time.... I sadly, right now, have no other advice... maybe one of the Pros here in Forum have a idea...
Its strange, as before you did update, I remember, you saw the nodes, in STATUS of Tailscale, and now again, it doesnt show the nodes... maybe SNORT kicked in?
