I have I have my DNSBL enabled and mode set to unbound but for some reason some of the feeds don't give me the unbound option for action and instead I'm given options for deny, alias, match, and permit. Is that normal or am I doing something wrong? This is my first time using pfsense so I get the feeling I'm doing something wrong just can't tell.

Click on the round "I" for more info.
After reading, you'll know now that "unbound mode" is the old legacy mode, it's advised to use Python mode which :
        Is faster
        Is faster to reload
        Offers more options
        Etc.

Edit : and where are the logs ??

@shady28 Are you maybe looking at IP block list feeds vs DNSBL feeds?

Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to reboot, or more depending on packages, CPU, and/or disk speed.
