Traffic_Totals not stacking properly

I normally use the Bar(Stacked) option, and have noticed a discrepancy between that and the Line(Stacked) option. I'd expect both to share a common scaling, as the underlying data is the same. This is not the case, the Bar option appears to be overlaid.
