Spamhaus Edrop / drop

Hi Guys,
we want to create the rules to block the spamhaus list, however we have

WAN1
WAN2
LAN > VLAN 10 till 20
on the WAN1 and WAN2 we have created block for the incoming connection from the Spamlist ( aliase).
we want to create the outgoing on the LAN >> VLANS.
Do we have to create the rules on the lan and VLANS or LAN is enought ?
