      Hi all,
ever since I upgraded to Rc3 (currently running Release 1.0), I've had an issue where firewall rules are not reloading upon changes. I have to reboot to reload changes. I see where there is a ticket for this bug, ticket 1136. How do I go about solving this problem?

We will be releasing an update in the coming weeks.  In the meantime when this happens visit Diagnostics, Command prompt and in the shell execution box run check_reload_status

Sounds like a reinstall is in order.

We can see no way that bug still exists.  We even relaunch check_reload_status from the webConfigurator if it dies now.
