PfSense-Full-Update-1.2.3-20090328-1453 - feedback

Hi, is me again  ;)

Just upgraded to the pfSense-Full-Update-1.2.3-20090328-1453 release, everything works. As usual going in to the system logs and stare at it back and farward try finding somethin to report. Im still hungup about the default block rule of 2 line that keep coming up and dont know howto solve it. Posting a picture below for demontration.
